Intermittent account credit charge issue resolved

An intermittent issue is resolved where both the user's account credit and credit card were charged the full amount when purchasing training using account credit.

Amount deducted from Account Credit now displays as Applied Credit on Purchase Receipt report

An issue is resolved where the amount deducted from the Account Credit displayed as the Credit Card amount on the Purchase Receipt report.
